Spring 2020 - Okotoks Player Registration
This registration form is for Parents/Guardians to register their minor for our Youth League:
- All players will be asked to attend the evaluation sessions. This will allow the team builders the opportunity to see them all in action.
- We will allow small groups of friends to play together as long as we are able to maintain reasonably fair teams. Upon registration, there is a box for buddies, please indicate all buddies in this section. We will do our best to honour as many requests as possible.
- Our goal this season is to have enough players to create 3/4 age groups. Kids will be grouped into age categories as small as possible based on registration.
