East St Paul Community Centre 2015 Fall/Winter Registration
East St Paul Community Centre (ESP CC) is pleased to announce that we will be continuing with the online registration system for this winter. Please see the note at the bottom in the change in regards to hockey registration.

Important Dates
The registration system will be available on-line using the espcc.ca website starting Monday, August 25th at 9:00 AM. The registration period will run until Sunday, September 7th at 11:59 PM. Late registration will ONLY be done on-line, starting Monday, September 8th at 12:01 AM . The NON-REFUNDABLE late fee is $50 per child per sport and will automatically be applied at the time of payment.
Registration through this system will be held for Ringette, Indoor Soccer, Basketball and Skating.

Payment Options
The system will have 2 convenient types of payment options; Visa or MasterCard, and on-line debit (Interac). You will be required to have an email address and you will need to create your family account before you can register. If you do not have an email, you can easily create free email account at Microsoft Live, Yahoo Mail or Google Mail just to name a few. IF YOU CREATED A FAMILY ACCOUNT LAST YEAR, PLEASE USE THIS ONE.

In-Person Registrations – All sports, EXCEPT HOCKEY (See below or www.remha.cafor details)
For those who wish to still register in-person, there will be ONE in-person registration date. This will take place on Tuesday, September 2nd from 5 till 7:00 PM in the upstairs hall in the arena. We will have 2 laptops set-up for people to register with. Payment will be accepted either by completing payment on-line via credit card or debit or we will accept cash. No cheques will be accepted. You will still need to have an email address to register, so please ensure you have one prior to attending. As well, to save time at the in-person date, please go on-line and create your family profile prior to coming to the club. You can create your account without registering. If there are special circumstances pertaining to your registration, you MUST come to the in-person registration day to register.

A major change for the 2015-16 season will be the manner in which you will register your children to participate in the hockey program. All players in the River East Minor Hockey Association will need to be registered directly with the Association via a new ON LINE registration system. This will allow parents to register from their residence or work place etc. In order to register your child you will first need to ensure that the parental Respect In Sport program has been completed. Please see www.remha.cafor information on this.
Further particulars will be e-mailed direct and information made available on the web site in due course, including arrangements for individuals applying for GCWCC assistance or wishing to pay in cash. Registration is tentatively set to run for the month of August.
