2017 Season Refund Policy
· Refunds will Only Be provided with written requests
· Please submit your request for refund to Orillia Minor Baseball, to the Attention of the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org
· Please allow approximately three weeks for processing from the time of notification.
· Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears the bank.
· Administration, Uniform Fees, or City of Orillia surcharge fees, which may apply from time to time, will not be refunded.
· Requests prior to May 1st
shall be granted a full minus a $20.00 Administration fee.
· Requests made after May 1st
will be prorated minus a $20.00 Administration Fee.
· Refunds must be related to the following reasons to be considered:
1. Serious injury
2. Serious health problem
3. Family moving out of our community
4. Program cancellation
5. Player non-participation prior to June 15th
6. Ineligibility (due to age)
There will be a $25.00 fee for any NSF Cheques.
All fees must be collected/paid in full NO later than April 15th
, 2015. Failure to pay in full may result in the player being placed on the waiting list.
The First step of this Registration Process is to create an account with all your guardian information which you will use for all future registrations. The second step will be to add your child or children to your account. Once this is done you will proceed with this seasons individual registration.
