2017 Season Refund Policy
 
REFUND POLICY

.1 Refunds will only be provided with written requests.

.2 Requests for refunds are to be submitted to Orillia Legion Minor Baseball, to the attention of the Registrar at registrar@orilliabaseball.com.

.3 Allow approximately three weeks for processing from the time of notification.

.4 Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until the cheque has cleared the bank.

.5 Administration Fee, Uniform Fee, Volunteer Fee, or City of Orillia Surcharge Fees, which may apply from time to time, will not be refunded.

.6 Requests made prior to May 1st shall be granted a full refund minus $25.00 Administration fee.

.7 Requests made after May 1st will be pro-rated minus a $25.00 Administration Fee.

.8 Refunds after May 1st will only be granted at the discretion of the Finance Committee.

.9 There will be a $25.00 fee for any NSF Cheques. All fees must be collected/paid in full NO later than March 30th. Failure to pay in full may result in the player being placed on the waiting list.

.10 Should OLMB feel the need to withdraw a team, for whatever reason, any player who has paid registration fee, Administration Fee, Uniform Fee, Volunteer Fee, or City of Orillia Surcharge Fees, which may apply from time to time, will be reimbursed in full for monies paid.

The First step of this Registration Process is to create an account with all your guardian information which you will use for all future registrations. The second step will be to add your child or children to your account. Once this is done you will proceed with this seasons individual registration.
