The First step of this Registration Process is to create an account with all your guardian information which you will use for all future registrations. The second step will be to add your child or children to your account. Once this is done you will proceed with this seasons individual registration.

DVHL Tier II
Mite - $800
Squirt - $1650
PeeWee AA - $2000
PeeWee A - $1650
PeeWee B - $1650
Bantam AA - $2000
Bantam A - $1650
Bantan B - $1650
Midget 16U AA - $2000
Midget 16U A - $1650
Midget 18U AA - $2000
Midget 18U A - $1650
*A $300 Commitment Fee will be collected up front during the Evaluation Registration. This Fee is non-refundable but will be used towards the Season Fee when the Player Makes the Team
**A $50 Evaluation Fee will be also collected. This Fee is non-refundable and will not go towards the Season Fee.
***A $20 Evaluation fee (non-refundable) and a $100 Commitment Fee will be collected for Mites. (The Commitment fee is non-refundable but will be used towards the Season Fee when the Player Makes the Team.
