For Varsity/JV and Middle School:
Varsity/ JV
· If registered by 9.1.14, Price would be $1300, with payments going from 9.1.14 to 2.28.15 at $260. Per month.
· If registered after 9.1.14; Price would be $1450, with payments going from 9.1.14 to 2.28.15 at $290. Per month.
Middle School
· if registered by 9.4.14; price would be $650, with payments going from 9.1.14 to 2.28.15 at $130. Per month.
· If registered after 9.1.14; Price would be $725, with payments going from 9.1.14 to 2.28.15 at $145. Per month.
All registrants MUST have a 2014-15 USA Hockey Number. If you do not yet have a USA Hockey Number, you can obtain one through the link below:

The following documents must also be completed and submitted to the league before your player can participate.
