USA Hockey Membership No.
All participants need to have a current 2014-2015 USA Hockey Membership number. You can register for one at
www.usahockeyregistration.com. The number is valid for all leagues, and classes at the Rink for the 2014-2015 season. The fee for this Membership is $45 for the year and includes Excess Medical and Liability Insurance.
The First step of this Registration Process is to create an account with all your guardian information which you will use for all future registrations.
