16th Annual Slusher Hockey Camp
The ICE WORLD HOCKEY CAMP has been developed to serve the needs of players from age 6 to 15. This camp is designed for players of all abilities and levels of experience. It will reinforce the fundamental aspects of skating, shooting, passing, and stick handling, which are necessary to play the game of ice hockey. More advanced players will be challenged with the finer points of these skills. In addition, this camp will provide a technical look at the way the game is played, and situations that may arise within a game.
This five day camp will incorporate 3 hours of on-ice instruction and training per day, plus classroom seminars, dry land training and stretching. This program will also feature a written evaluation for each player. Each age group will be led by a Head Coach and Assistants/Counselorsresponsible for supervision.
Our approach to instruction combines basic skill training and positive re-inforcement. We believe it is important for players to know the reasons behind the training techniques they will endure and how these techniques will lead our skaters to become better hockey players.
During each week, we will feature a special guest who will speak about the commitment and mindset it takes to become a successful hockey player.

Registrations and full payment are due at least 2 weeks before the start of camp or a $25 late fee will be added.
