At Upright Rugby Canada, we want those that participate in our programs to enjoy their experience and benefit from the knowledge we have to share, our passion for the game, and our commitment to excellence.
Upright Rugby is determined to contribute to rugby in Canada by working with those that are willing to sacrifice their time and energy in pursuit of their goals

Outline:

Five weekly Sunday Academy-based sessions offered from last week of May and including every Sunday in June at two locations:

Brantford Harlequins
Oakville Crusaders

Open to: Boys and Girls U12, U14, U16, and U18

Each weekend will focus on:

Pre-Season Conditioning, Speed-Work, and Acceleration
Core Passing Skills: Run, Catch, Pass
Tracking and Tackling
Decision-Making and Execution Under Pressure

Junior National Player-Coaches

Suitable for both new and experienced player

Ideal for both 15s and 7s players

Cost for our Spring Prep Sessions is $85 for all five weekends.... this is a fantastic value of less than $7/hr for professional coaching!

The First step of this Registration Process is to create an account with all your guardian information which you will use for all future registrations. The second step will be to add your child or children to your account. Once this is done you will proceed with this seasons individual registration.
