Here are a few helpful tips before you proceed:
1. Make sure you have registered your player with USA Hockey (
www.usahockeyregistration.com) and have a registration number for the new season. Your number from last season is no longer valid.
2. Make sure you have the following information ready as you will not be able to go back and add this later:
~ Player Jersey Size
~ Player Jersey Number Preferences (numbers are not guaranteed)
~ Insurance Provider
~ Insurance Policy Number
~ Emergency Contact Information
4. LAHA is offering both a “pay in full” and “installment plan” option. You will be able to select this at the final checkout screen.
5. Have your credit card information ready. The online system accepts Visa or MasterCard only. If you do not want to pay by credit card, please contact the registrar at
registrar@laha.org before proceeding.
