REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation before May 12, 2021: Full Refund minus a $15 Credit Card Processing Fee

Cancellation after May 12, 2021: $100 Cancellation Fee

NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 21, 2021 (including for injury)

IF EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO STATE/COUNTY COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AFTER REGISTRATION AND

- All Applicants “PENDING” at the time of Registration
- Acceptance emails sent to each player by May 3, 2021, with payment due by May 5, 2021.
- After May 5, 2021, Registration will be declined and filled by another Applicant.
