League Information

Macomb Amateur Baseball Federation (MABF) was founded in 1978 as an option for players who were a cut above the local house leagues. MABF is a federation (Facilitator) about 200 elite amateur baseball teams competing in 10 single age divisions from age 8 through 18 and divided into over 20 leagues.

Before you can register you must create a MABF Team account that must be created by the Manager/Head Coach Only (Not by Organizational Leader). If you already have one type in your email and password. If you don't have one create a new one by clicking the First Time Registration.

The season runs from April through late July for player age 8 through 13 with between 16-30 league games, the schedule is reduced for ages 14 through 18 to a schedule that will generally be between 12 and 18 games. Managers must be able to field a team until late into July.

Teams organized by responsible adults are admitted by application and payment of entry fees before a date in mid-January as approved by the MABF Board. Teams must register with the USSSA, team personal must pass background checks and obtain Insurance through USSSA.  Coaches must also successfully complete SafeSports classes through USA Baseball and have completed a Concussion Certification course dated August 1, 2018 or later.

Completion of our league scheduled games is a MUST and has been the binding tie that has solidified our premier federation for nearly 40 years. Once you have created your account, you will be able to use it for any
future MABF registrations.
